The “I AM” Workshop

When Paul wrote to the church in Philippi, he said, “I want to know Christ – Yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death.” The knowledge of Christ was life changing for Paul. The gospel in which we are saved is the good news of Jesus Christ. I am persuaded that a deeper knowledge of the life of Christ will strengthen your faith, and likely will even bring about a change in your heart that you may have been longing for.

The “I Am” workshop is an opportunity for you to invite me to speak at your congregation. There are many topics to choose from, but all have one theme, the life of Jesus Christ. The featured publication in the workshop is my first book on the life of Christ, “Who Do You Say I Am: A Practical and Relevant Reflection of the Life of Christ.” This book contains only four of the topics of discussion. You may request any you like to fill the allotted time available.

Who Am I?

My name is Brian Poe. My beautiful wife is Jesse. We have two young boys, Caleb and Benjamin. I have been a pulpit preacher for the past seven years, but am now taking my ministry to the hospital where I will serve as a resident chaplain at Covenant Healthcare. I graduated from Heritage Christian University with a Masters of Divinity. One of my passions in life is to also be a writer. I have several books I am working on. The next publication will be coming out late this year; a practical and easy-to-use commentary on the book of Romans. I am also working on a book entitled, “Our God: Exploring the Magnitude of the One True God.” And of course, early 2022, I will have completed book 2 of “Who Do You Say I Am.” I have a desire to take the knowledge of Christ to all people. With all that being said, if you want me to come speak at your congregation, I will be honored to do so.
